Jackie,

You are not going to have much luck with the PS4 - it is not friendly to adaptation.  (I speak from PAINFUL experience!)  But, I am not a gamer, so take everything I say with that in mind.

Craig Hospital has a great gaming resource.  If you need additional detailed info, I would contact them directly as they have some therapists that have "gone deep" into this topic.  I know they have presented as conferences, but I do not know a specific contact off hand.

All,

If anyone has some good information on this I'm very eager to learn and share for a group of my clients currently searching for solutions to they can continue or start again.

Here is what I'm seeking in regards to my clients that are Gamers and have ALS:

1) Any dedicated listservs, boards, blogs, organizations that I could reach out to and/or refer my clients directly to related to "ALS and Gaming" and/or maybe just "Disabilities/Accessibility and Gaming".  I'm searching, but it's slow going, and if anyone has already done the legwork into which ones would be helpful for those with ALS-I would love to hear about it!  If I get enough feedback and from my search, would eventually like a consolidated list/matrix rolled up to provide (unless it already exists-that would be even better!).

2) Specifically, if anyone has any information on switch adapted PS3 (not 4) controllers. I did find one from RJ Cooper: http://rjcooper.com/game-controller/.  Am wondering if anyone has any feedback on this product and/or if they have any alternative recommendations from different companies? Currently I am not looking for other controller types (head controlled for example) but any real-world information on those would be good-like know anyone that plays a game console (xbox, ps, etc) with their feet perhaps?

3) Last one would be, if anyone has any recommendations for any mainstream Windows OS games that are popular and work well with eyetracking?  If not mainstream, maybe some specific titles from Tobii or other locations that people enjoy that are fully eyetracker compatible.  I understand there are many titles and genre's to choose from and it would be dependent on the persons preference/function of course.

Thanks ahead of time for any help with this search!!
