Subject: text to speech and wheelchair mount

Hi All,

I have some ideas, but wanted to see what you all would suggest for a man with ALS access via  Madentec Trackerpro  requesting  text-to-speech or similar voice output communication software for his newly purchased Lenovo Thinkpad Twist S230U Ultrabook who wants TEXT –TO-SPEECH or similar communication voice output software. He is  using Windows 8 and onscreen keyboard, currently but no sound output.

·    Intel Core i5-3317U

·    Microsoft Windows 8

·    4GB DDR3 RAM

·    500GB 5,400RPM Hard Drive

·    24GB Solid State Drive

·    4-in-1 Memory Card Reader

·    Intel HD 4000

·    10/100 Network

·    802.11b/g/n Wireless

·    Blutooth 4.0

·    12.5" IPS HD Touch Display

Also, he is interested in attaching this to his power wheelchair.

THANKS!
