Hey everyone,

Does anyone out there have a template or example report for justifying medical necessity for a palatal lift? Found a maxillofacial prosthodontist willing to make one for my Kennedy’s patient but Aetna asking for justification. I can write one but would love to see if someone has had success with this! Thanks in advance.
