I have been contacted by an ALS patient who is seeking to get Medicare payment for an eye gaze AAC device through Forbes Rehab. He would like to pay for upgrades to the computer this system is based on, but Forbes is telling him they cannot accept payment from a patient.

Does anyone know how he can accomplish this?
