The NeuroSwitch from Control Bionics is not eyegaze, but it runs on a Mac. It may be worth looking at.

Have a client who truly needs eye gaze and absolutely refuses to explore PC based eye gaze technologies. Insists on wanting to stay with Mac.

Have found eye gaze system from LC Technologies and they may do home demo for her. Anyone know of other Mac-compatible eye gaze options?
