use to connect to a mouseclick.

But my other suggestion was also for control bionics.  Can you
disassociate that from the Mac to allow a switch hit to another device?

We are trying the Neuroswitch system (http://controlbionics.com) with a
pt today. They don't sell the EMG switch alone but with scanning program
on a Mac. Insurance will not cover it, but the VA will. I can let you
know how it goes if you'd like.
