Nothing is built into the operating system except for the talkback
option which obviously is a little too extensive for many of our folks.
I don't know if Samsung has anything specific. But I what I normally do
is download "easy text to speech". This will allow anything that is
copied to the clipboard to be read out loud; giving it functionality
similar to the "select to speak" available on iOS.

There are also other apps that will do that (like pocket), but if you
just want the select to speak feature then this works. One forewarning,
they have a pretty large list of features; I normally turn almost
everything off except for the stuff about the clipboard processing.

Ok, I am sure it is right in front of me, but I am at a loss. I have a
client that has a Samsung Note 5. I am able to set up TTS through the
settings, but how do I get it to actually read text - like on a web page
or email?
