I wanted to let the Listserv know if the info I found for a Hebrew device.  Thanks to Margaret Cotts, I was able to connect with someone in Israel.  If you have a client in Israel or need info on a Hebrew device, you can contact this person.

I'm in charge of the National Israeli Lending Centre and we serve , free of charge, the AAC users around Israel in need of SGD's. We have lots of applications coming from ALS patients and their families. Depending on motor condition, we usually lend a platform consists of a laptop, TTS in Hebrew, and VDK.
