I agree.  I admit to being a cynic.  I've been working for ALS for 15 years and have seen many companies offering "the solution" to communication issues--preying on the vunerable PALS and CALS.  Then never delivering.
So, if anyone has user experience, good or bad, I would love to hear it.  I would also love to be proved wrong.

I have a pt who purchased this:  http://www.emotiv.com/apps/epoc/299/ and is using it with Dasher on her desktop computer.  Does anyone else have experience with it?  I haven't seen it in action yet.
