RE: model talker and SGD Coggiola, Jennifer L. 28 Nov 2011 23:04 UTC

Worked great on an Eyemax. I personally thought the quality of the commercially available voices was better, but the pt and his family felt that the personal synthesized voice was reminiscent of the pt's true voice.

Subject: model talker and SGD

Has anyone worked with a pALS who completed the Model Talker project, had a synthesized voice created, and used it in a commercially-available SGD? If so, would love your feedback, esp re: which SGD(s) worked.

thanks,
Lisa
