A question for the list from a colleague:

do you guys do an quality of life measures related to AT/AAC?  i'm
looking for something to put into a grant app for measuring
satisfaction/qol.  i don't think als-frs will give us that.
i'd be interested to find something.  some folks use the paids.  there is also the qwest.  i haven't used either.

I know there are diferent QOL measurements out there, but I haven't found any to be appliable to our population.  I would appreciate hearing what others are using, if anything.  (or perhaps this is something we form a committee to do)
