As part of its HIPAA Secure Rule compliance program to protect electronic protected health information, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago uses a secure messaging system to enable the encrypted transmission of emails.  A staff member at RIC wishes to send you a secure message.  To receive this secure email, you must first establish a username and password with RIC's Secure Messaging System.
