Hi,
I have a pALS in the SF Bay Area who I really want to get set up with BCI.
What options exist outside of studies at this point? I think I heard that the P300 technology is on the market? True? Does anyone have thoughts or reviews of this or others available BCIs on the market?

If you are talking about a study that will provide a BCI to use independently in the home, there just aren't many of those yet. The biggest is headquartered in Albany, NY at the Wadsworth Center. They have a multi-site study assiciated with VA hospitals starting up, but I don't know many of the details or where all the sites are.
